Online therapy for adults in Florida and Delaware who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and holding it all together. My approach draws on Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed CBT.

You probably turn everything over in your mind more times than you can count. Your brain never shuts off. You're never sure if a project is good enough to call done, because what if it's not perfect enough. You say yes to things you want to say no to. And when people think you're good at something, you're afraid they only think that because you tricked them.
And because you're so insightful, you can explain why you overthink. You know where the fear of not being good enough comes from, why you feel like a fraud even when the evidence says otherwise. That kind of insight is powerful and helpful, but it still hasn't been enough to change how exhausting it is to be you.
If that sounds familiar, your anxiety has made itself indispensable by never letting you develop real confidence, leaving you perpetually feeling like an imposter. It convinces you that if you stop preparing for worst-case scenarios, stop double-checking, stop performing at full capacity, everything will fall apart. It feels like it's doing you a favor, but it isn't. It's keeping you exhausted and disconnected from a version of yourself that doesn't have to earn rest.
That's where I come in. The work I do is helping you move beyond insight into actual growth, healing, or change, not just explaining why you feel this way.

I don't accept insurance. Sessions are $150, paid directly, which keeps your care private and keeps me focused entirely on you, not on what a claims adjuster will approve.

Getting started here is a low-stakes first step, not a commitment. Book a free consultation, we'll talk about what's going on, and if it feels like a good fit, you'll get a little paperwork to fill out before we meet for real. That's the whole process, no surprises. You don't need the right words or a clear diagnosis to reach out. Just tell me what's going on, however you'd describe it.
